Matcats

MatCats Wrestling is an youth organization that is a great opportunity for kids to get exposed to the sport of wrestling while having fun with coaches and other athletes. Not only do the kids get the opportunity to work with coaches and high school wrestlers, but the opportunity to wrestle in tournament and dual setting are available as well.

This year for the first time, the MatCats will be hosting the "Battle of Rivers" Tournament in the CCHS gym on the 14th of December. This is a Junior High only tournament, open to all JH wrestlers. Registration form can be found in "Attachments". In addition to the annual MatCats youth tournament on January 18th, open to all youth wrestlers up to 8th grade, the first ever MatCat duals will be hosted before the last home Varsity wrestling meet on December 18th. Hope to see all there to support the future of the Wildcat wrestling program.
